⏳ Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

🔁 Exchange Process

• Email us at support@instaworldusa.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
• Once approved, send the item to the return address we provide.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Personal care products (unless sealed)
• Used or damaged items not due to our error

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
